Post Mortem Report presented to the wife of Zubeen Garg, New Twist in Sit Investigation

Guwahati, October 4 (IANS). The investigation into the untimely death of the famous singer Zubeen Garg is gradually increasing. Meanwhile, the Special Investigations Team (SIT) investigating officer Moromi Das filed a report on the Mortem report with Zubeen’s wife Garima Garg on Friday. The report was given to him in the Kahilipara home in Guwahati, Zubeen. This is considered an important step in the investigation into the case, as the police and the family will have clear facts on medical grounds. Zubeen Garg died on September 19 in mysterious circumstances in Singapore. Initially, it was reported as an accident during the scuba diving, but as the investigation into the case continued, many shocking and suspicious facts came out. Zubeen’s wife, family and some companions doubted the incident and called it a planned conspiracy. After this, the Assam police began an investigation into the formation of a joint team and cid in the light of the seriousness of the case. So far, a total of four people have been arrested in this case. This includes the long -standing manager of Zubeen, Siddharth Sharma, Shyamakanu Mahant, organizer of the North East Indian festival, and two other members related to the band of Zubeen, composer Shekhar Goswami and singer Amritam. According to police, thorough interrogation is done from these four and some important evidence has also been found with them. The investigation continues based on video material, telephone recording and statements. The cellphone from which Amrit Pritam recorded a video of the incident was sent for forensic investigation. At the same time, Shekhar Goswami was seen very close to Zubeen hiding at the time of the incident, which also raised questions about his role. Investigation also revealed that Zubeen Garg was a competent swimmer and that he himself taught his colleagues. In such a situation, it is not natural for them to drown and die as a result of choking in water. Zubeen’s wife, Garima Garg, also says that her husband was very tired and that she was probably taken by force for diving. He also raised the question that the people who presented him did not provide assistance in time when Zubeen’s health deteriorated? Police twice performed a post of Zubeen’s body, for the first time in Singapore and then in Guwahati. The Singapore report has already been submitted to the Indian High Commission, and now the post -Mortem report in Guwahati has been presented to Garima Garg. In addition, the viscera sample taken from the body of Zubeen was sent to Delhi’s Central Forensic Science Lab (CFSL), from where the report is still coming. This report will be clear whether there was any form of poison or any intoxicating substance in the body of Zubin. -Ians PK shares this story tags
