Fictional story

In a distant village, there was a young man named Jack, and Jack lived with his mother, but they only had a single, skinny cow that did not generate a lot of milk, so the mother asked Jack to take the cow to the market to sell it, because they do not have enough money to feed it.

توجه جاك إلى السوق لينفذ رغبة والدته، وفي الطريق قابله رجل وسأله: أين تذهب بتلك البقرة؟ فأجابه جاك: إنني ذاهب إلى السوق لأبيعها كما طلبت أمي، فقال له الرجل: حسناً، أنا سأشتريها منك مقابل بعض الحبوب السحرية التي ستجعلك غنياً بطريقة ما، فكّر جاك قليلاً ثم وافق على عرض الرجل، وأخذ منه مجموعة من حبوب الفاصوليا الحمراء، وعاد إلى البيت حائراً تُرى كيف ستجعله مجموعة الحبوب هذه غنياً؟

وصل جاك إلى المنزل فسألته والدته: هل بعت البقرة يا جاك؟ أجاباها: نعم، فسألته عن الثمن الذي باع به البقرة فأخبرها بما حدث وأعطاها ما أحضر من حبوب، غضبت الأم غضباً شديداً وجنّ جنونها؛ فالبقرة الهزيلة كانت آخر ما يملكان، وأمسكت حبات الفاصولياء ورمتها من النافذة، حزن جاك جدًا لأنه أغضب والدته وأضاع بقرتهما الوحيدة بلا مقابل، وتوجه إلى فراشة دون أن يتناول عشاءه، وظلّ يفكّر بما حصل حتى غلبه النعاس.

Jack woke up in the morning, but he did not notice the sequence of golden sunlight to his room as usual! He was surprised by that and went looking at the window, and he found a huge plant that never seen like it, Jack was surprised and followed the origin of this plant and found that it was magic beans grains.

نزل الشاب عن قمة الشجرة فوجد قصراً عملاقاً إلى جانبها، دخل جاك القصر والدهشة تعتريه، فوجد مجموعة من الهياكل العظمية التي تقوم بحراسة وحش عملاق، ذُعر الشاب إلّا أنّه قرر أن يستمر في مغامرته، كان الوحش نائماً حين دخل جاك ولكن الهياكل العظمية قامت بإصدار بعض الأصوات لتنبه العملاق حين رأت جاك فاستيقظ من نومه ينظر حوله.

Jack escaped immediately and hid behind one of the chairs, the giant rose up and started looking at the palace and found nothing, so he went to the kitchen and eaten the meat, then he took out a bag of golden money and put it over the table, then he returned and entered into a deep sleep, Jack went out quickly and took the money bag, and went back to his home, then gave to his mother the bag, the mother was surprised and asked where Jack came from Money? He told her about what happened, the mother was surprised, but she was happy.

The next day, Jack returned and climbed the plant again and entered the palace quietly, and he found the giant asleep as well, but the skeletons released some of the voices that awakened the giant, so he started looking at the palace, but he found nothing as well, then he went to the kitchen and eating meat, brought a chicken and put it on the table, and he said to her: Come on a golden egg, the foolish egg.

باضت الدجاجة بيضة ذهبية، فتناولها ووضعها في سلة البيض الذهبي وجاك يراقب بدهشة ما يحدث، وينتظر حتى ينام العملاق ليأخذ الدجاجة ويهرب بها، أخذ جاك الدجاجة ونزل مسرعاً إلى منزله وأعطاها لوالدته ففرحت بها كثيراً، مما جعله يقرر أن يذهب إلى قصر العملاق مجدداً.

Jack went to the giant’s palace again, but he found the giant awake this time playing a guitar, Jack admired the voice of the guitar, so he hid until the giant slept and tried to catch it, but it was a magic guitar, so she screamed loudly: Save me, sir, that he was trying to steal me.

استيقظ العملاق الغاضب وأخذ يطارد جاك المذعور حتى كاد يمسكه، إلّا أنّ جاك تسلّق النبتة سريعاً والعملاق يتبعه، وصل جاك حديقة بيته وأسرع بالتقاط فأس كبير وقام بضرب جذع نبتة الفاصولياء ضربات عدّة حتى قطعها، فسقط العملاق سقطة شديدة ومات، فيما انتقل جاك ووالدته إلى منزل جديد وقاما بشراء مزرعة كبيرة بها الكثير من الأبقار وعاشا بسعادة.
