There was a riot after the death of the ICU -Inharge Ashish Sharma at Sitamarhi Sadar Hospital. Health workers opposed and stopped the incident. As a result, OPD services have come to a standstill. Family members came from Rajasthan to take Ashish’s body. Family members are in bad condition. He calls this incident a murder. It is said that Ashish committed suicide by hanging himself in his rented home on Thursday. However, the health professionals and family consider the matter suspicious, because the marks and bones touch the ground on Ashish’s neck. Police must conduct a fair investigation into the case. Here, a large crowd met in the hospital premises as soon as the family arrives. On the other hand, the ANM and GNM staff of the hospital have been on strike since this incident. He claims that many employees, including Ashish, are mentally disturbed by the behavior of Sudha Kumar, deputy superintendent of Sadar Hospital. The staff reported that Ashish was abused before the incident, which had a lot of tension. In protest against this, the hospital staff stopped the work and started a strike. They demand that the deputy superintendent be removed from his post immediately and that a fair investigation should be done against the culprits. Due to the strike here, the hospital’s OPD service was completely disrupted. Patients who come for treatment should return.
