A ballet dancer in Los Angeles, Ksenia Karelina, who was released by Russia as part of a prisoner exchange that ended up safely in the United States on Thursday night, tried to rebuild the second exchange under President Donald Trump as Moscow and Washington. Karelina descended the stairs of the jet aircraft where she was greeted by various loved ones – including her boyfriend, South African boxer Chris van Heerden – who “Welcome Home!” Before hugging her. She thanks Trump and says, “Grateful to be an American.” Trump later put it on his truth and acted as “glad to have you at home.” Who is Ksenia Karelina and why was she arrested? Karelina is a ballet dancer in Los Angeles. She stayed in Maryland for a few years, where she was briefly married, and later moved to LA where she adopted the work of an aestheticist in a local spa. Karelina, an American-Russian double national, was convicted of ‘high treason’ in Russia about a one-time donation worth about $ 50 to a charity in the Pro-Hukraine, which ended up at the joint base Andrews on Thursday. In the Prisnor exchange, Washington Arthur Petrov, a national Russian-German national accused, released that it illegally exported US manufacturers to manufacturers who deliver the Russian military. The exchange took place at an airport in Abu Dhabi, where a dozen people wearing suits were present, the video posted by Russia’s FSB Security Service. The FSB video showed that Petrov was sitting on a plane after being freed, and told an unseen interviewer that he had not slept for two days, but otherwise had no complaints. Petrov, who was arrested in Cyprus in 2023 and exposed to the United States, faced 20 years in a US prison. What did Trump say about the prisnor exchange? Trump said Karelina’s case was brought to his attention by the president of the UFC Mixed Martial Arts League and that the United States when Russian President Vladimir Putin asked to free her. “She’s out now, and it was fine. We appreciate it, ‘Trump told reporters at a cabinet meeting. “We hope that we will be able to do an agreement with Russia and Ukraine relatively soon to stop the fights. It’s so senseless,” Trump said. Trump has tried to restore the tires with Moscow since he held office, after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has arrived bilateral relations to their lowest point three years ago since the Cold War.
