3 Errors of Ayurveda, creating health
According to the trending Ayurveda, our body and spirit control three main life forces – called ‘Tridosh’. It is – VATA, Pitta and Kapha. These defects form the basis of our health. If they remain balanced, we stay healthy. If there is an imbalance in them, there are illnesses. 1. VATA dosha is due to acute actions in the body and actions related to communication such as breath, sharp thinking and bone movement. There are problems such as gas, constipation, anxiety and joint pain when imbalances occur. 2. Gall control bile, fire, intelligence, skin glow and body heat control control bile. Problems such as irritation, anger, acidity and hair loss occur regularly in imbalance. 3.. Kapha defects are the product of Kapha defects such as nutrition, lubrication of joints and immunity in the body. The imbalance of mucus can cause melancholy, chills, weight gain and laziness in the body. The balance of the three defects in Ayurveda is the basic mantra of health. If the defect is balanced, the body and the spirit remain healthy. But as soon as one of these defects increases or decreases, the body begins to get sick. Each person has all three defects, but one or two defects have more consequences. A person can be vata-dominated fast, lean and fickle. Some gals are predominant – with sharp energy, spiced and quickly angry. At the same time, phlegm -dominated person can be calm, tolerant, strong and sometimes lazy. 1. How to keep Vata dosha balanced? VATA is balanced with heat. Eat hot, fresh and oily foods, massage oil on the body and avoid cold air. 2. How to control Pitta dosha? Eat soft drinks, coconut water, green vegetables and sweet fruits for bile peace. Avoid strong sunlight, do not get angry and eat on time. Go in self -control habit. 3. How can I balance Kapha dosha? Light, warm and spicy food should be eaten for the balance of cuffs. Getting up early in the morning and regular exercise is beneficial. It is necessary to avoid cold, heavy and outdated food.
