Jakarta – Minister of Interior (Mendagri), Muhammad Tito Karnavian has asked regional governments (Pemda) to support the acceleration of data collection on state-owned land assets. This can be used for the development of Red and White Village/Subdistrict Cooperative (Kopdeskel) infrastructure, such as outlets and warehouses. He emphasized that Kopdeskel is a national strategic program launched by President Prabowo Subianto, so it must be supported by the central and regional governments. “It is included in his (President’s) vision and mission and is one of his Quick Win strategic programs,” Tito said in a written statement on Friday (31/10/2025). Scroll TO CONTINUE WITH CONTENT He said this when he chaired the Coordination Meeting for the Acceleration of Land Data Collection for the Physical Development of Outlets, Warehouses and Equipment for the Red and White Kopdeskel which took place virtually from the Main Meeting Room of the Ministry of Interior Headquarters today, Friday (31/10). To speed up this process, Tito emphasized the importance of support and concrete steps from regional heads. He asked governors, regents and mayors to make land data collection a regional priority. This step can be taken by involving related agencies such as the Community and Village Empowerment Service (DPMD), the Cooperative Service and the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD). Apart from that, Tito asked the Regional Government to actively direct village chiefs and their apparatus to carry out data collection on state land. “Please give direction to co-governors, especially regents and mayors, because regents and mayors are civil servants for town chiefs and their apparatus,” he said. Tito also emphasized that the Regional Government must pay attention to the four main criteria for land suitable for use for the construction of the Red and White Kopdeskel. These criteria include clear legal status of the land; minimum area of 1,000 square meters; strategic location and easily accessible to the public; and the condition of the land is ready to be built and is not located in a disaster prone area. He explained that the Ministry of Home Affairs had set up a Task Force to speed up land acquisition for the Red and White Headed Skull. The task force consists of four teams with a division of tasks covering all regions in Indonesia. This task force will work in parallel with other related parties, including the TNI. “We will later do an evaluation once a week. Once a week we will specifically read out which areas have made progress and which have not,” he explained. Furthermore, Tito is optimistic that the synergy between the central government, TNI, regional government, including village governments, will speed up government land data collection for the Red and White Kopdeskel. He emphasized the importance of the existence of the Red and White Kopdeskel for strengthening regional development, including economic growth. “With all due respect, fellow regional heads, we are moving. But yes, everything does not come immediately, everything has to go through a process,” he explained. For information, the meeting was also attended by the Secretary of the Coordinating Ministry for Food, Kasan; Secretary of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Ahmad Zabadi; Deputy TNI Commander General TNI, Tandyo Budi; President Director of PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara, Joao Mota; as well as other relevant officials. Also regional heads, regional officials, sub-district heads and other regional government officials practically joined. (acd/ega)

The MLA expressed displeasure over LIU’s failure as they were not given advance information about the protest. Villagers created ruckus during Run for Unity. Jagran Jagran Correspondent, Modinagar. On Friday, public representatives had to face opposition from villagers over the monkey problem. Public representatives arrived in the morning to start the Run for Unity. Meanwhile, people created an uproar. They surrounded the public representatives and raised slogans. Most of them had sticks in their hands. Remove ads just read the news Also tried to stop the trip. The police somehow controlled the situation. LIU failure came to light throughout the episode. LIU did not provide the inputs of people’s protest to the Modinagar police. Because of this carelessness, there could have been a big commotion in Modinagar on Friday. The Modinagar MLA expressed displeasure over this and reprimanded the Modinagar police. On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Run for Unity is taken out by BJP. Run for Unity was to be started by decorating the statue of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel near the railway gate in Sikri Khurd village on Friday morning. Around 10 in the morning, MLA Modinagar Dr. Manju Shivach, BJP leaders, students, policemen and others reach the place. The police were in civilian clothes. Meanwhile, about 250 people from the village gathered at the spot and started creating ruckus. Stood in front of the students to stop the Run for Unity. There was also a scuffle with BJP leaders. People raised slogans against the MLA. When the matter escalated, SHO Modinagar somehow calmed down the people by explaining them. The commotion continued for about 15 minutes. After that the journey began. Angered by the incident, the MLA and other BJP leaders reached the Modinagar police station after some time. Here the MLA expressed his displeasure. He alleged that LIU failure in the city was alerted to raise the issue with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The MLA told the SHO that LIU was not active in the city. Despite earlier protests in the village, the police were not deployed there. Meanwhile, ACP Modinagar says that the matter has been calmed down on the spot. There is peace in the town. Angry BJP leaders reached Modinagar police station. Jagran warned of unrest on Facebook. Monkey terror is going on in Sikri Khurd village. More than 100 people were injured in monkey attacks in a month. Here the municipality launched a campaign and caught some monkeys, but still the terror of monkeys did not decrease. In such a situation there is anger among the people against the public representatives. On Thursday evening itself, the villagers went live on Facebook and warned against agitation. If LIU had taken this warning seriously and the police officers had been informed about this warning, there might not have been an uproar in the town on Friday. Police force would have been deployed there in advance. It is fortunate that the police controlled the situation in time. Otherwise, a big fuss could have happened. It is the rule that with any event it is the responsibility of LIU to gather information about the environment there. This information is shared with the local police. If there is a possibility of the atmosphere deteriorating there, police force is deployed. But here LIU just told the police that there is a program in Sikri Khurd about Run for Unity. The police were not informed about the anger among the people there. This has also happened before.

Volleyball stand hacked down for RJD rally Samvad Sutra, Saraigarh (Supaul). The election meeting of the Grand Alliance held in Nirmali assembly constituency on Thursday is now embroiled in controversies. For this meeting to be held in the sports ground of Vishwanath Inter College in Saraigarh Bhaptiyahi block, the goal post and volleyball stand in the sports complex built under MNREGA were cut and removed so that a temporary helipad could be prepared for the landing of the helicopter. Remove advertisement Just read the news Now administrative level action has started in this case and preparations are on to recover compensation of Rs 1 lakh ten thousand from the person who applied for the meeting. According to the information, the RJD state president Mangni Lal Mandal and many other senior leaders were likely to attend the meeting organized on Thursday. Due to bad weather and other reasons, no top leader could reach the program. Local leaders took the stage at the meeting and addressed the participants. Basant Kumar, MNREGA program officer, said the sports complex is a community asset, and it is everyone’s responsibility to preserve it. Any kind of interference or damage to the structure without permission is a punishable offence.

Looks like Yes‘s fascination for the conspiratorial may have rubbed off on him Kim Kardashian … she’s convinced the 1969 moon landing was faked.
In a clip from Thursday’s episode of “The Kardashians,” Kim is captured trying to sway her “All’s Fair” costar Sarah Paulson the Apollo 11 moon landing didn’t happen.
And what evidence does the aspiring lawyer bring forward to the court? A video from 10 years ago of Buzz Aldrin telling a student at The Oxford Union Society, “It didn’t happen” … in response to the question, “What was the scariest moment of the journey?” which the 95-year-old former astronaut apparently heard incorrectly.
“Scariest? It didn’t happen,” Aldrin replies. He then goes on to relate a story from the mission.
But Kim insists that as Buzz advances in age, he’s now airing out “the truth.”
Sarah, clearly not convinced, politely entertains her costar, saying, “I’m going to go on a massive deep dive.”
In a talking-head confessional, Kim admitted, “I send her conspiracies all the time.”
For the record, NASA has landed humans on the moon on six different occasions — Apollo 11, 12, 14, 15, 16 and 17. The last moonwalk took place in December 1972. Not to mention, Russia, China, Japan and India have successfully landed spacecraft on the moon from 1966 to 2023.
