Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy: Nitish Rana’s captaincy, Delhi beat Saurashtra

Ahmedabad, November 30 (IANS). In the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, Delhi defeated Saurashtra by 10 runs in a Group D match on Sunday. Captain Nitish Rana’s explosive half-century played an important role in this victory for Delhi. In the match played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Saurashtra won the toss and decided to bowl. Delhi batted first and scored 207 runs for 4 wickets. Captain Nitish Rana played an innings of 76 runs in 41 balls with the help of 7 sixes and 3 fours. Apart from this, Yash Dhull scored 47 runs in 30 balls, Ayush Badoni 33 runs in 25 balls, Himmat Singh 18 not out in 6 balls, and Anuj Rawat 17 not out in 8 balls. Nitish Rana once again returned to the Delhi team as captain in this domestic season. Last season he was part of Uttar Pradesh. For Saurashtra, captain Jaydev Unadkat, Chirag Jani, Dharmendra Singh Jadeja and Parshwar Rana took 1 wicket each. Chasing the target of 208 runs, Saurashtra batted aggressively from the start of the innings but fell behind by 10 runs in the end. Saurashtra could score only 197 runs for 5 wickets in 20 overs. For Saurashtra, Prerak Mankad scored 50 runs in 28 balls with the help of 3 sixes and 3 fours. CAQM conducts inspection campaign in Delhi, points out excessive accumulation of dust on roads

New Delhi, November 30 (IANS). The increasing pollution in the national capital has become a threat to the people. Meanwhile, 26 flying teams of the Commission for Air Quality Management (CAQM) conducted a focused inspection campaign in various areas of Delhi on Sunday. This information was given through an official statement. The inspection drive was carried out on Saturday as part of the Commission’s ongoing enforcement actions aimed at strengthening ground level monitoring and strengthening dust control measures within the statutory framework and existing gaps. According to a CAQM statement, the aim of the campaign was to assess dust accumulation on roads and the effectiveness of cleaning, sweeping and dust reduction measures implemented by the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) and the Central Public Welfare Department (CPWD). A total of 321 road sections were inspected on the roads of the three agencies. Geo-tagged, time-stamped photographic documents were collected and submitted to the Commission as part of the consolidated inspection report. According to the final compiled data, high dust levels were observed on 35 road sections, moderate dust intensity on 61, low dust intensity was recorded on 94 and no dust was observed on 131 stretches. Under the MCD, where the highest number of roads (182) were inspected, high dust intensity was observed in 35 stretches. While moderate dust was seen in 50 parts, less in 70 and no dust was seen in 27 parts. In contrast, the NDMC sector has performed relatively better. Of the 133 road stretches inspected in the NDMC area, 100 saw no dust, 24 recorded low dust intensity and 9 recorded moderate dust intensity and no stretch fell into the high dust intensity category. Similarly, CPW inspected 6 roads. During this period, no road was found to be extremely dusty, two roads had moderate dust intensity and four roads had no dust intensity. CAQM said road dust is a major cause of particulate matter in Delhi, especially in winter. It directed agencies, especially the MCD, to intensify efforts under ‘Operation Clean Air’. This includes ensuring regular mechanical sweeping, proper maintenance of footpaths, timely disposal of accumulated dust and regular water sprinkling/dust reduction measures on all roads. Farmers of Ramban of Jammu and Kashmir also heard this program from PM Modi. Prime Minister Modi said that deep traditions and harmony with nature are hidden in the sweetness of honey. Jammu and Kashmir’s Ramban Sulai honey, made from Sulai flowers, has now received the GI label. Farmers expressed their joy at being named in this program. Bihar: Cyber fraud gang busted in Buxar, 18 criminals arrested

Buxar, November 30 (IANS). Police on Sunday busted a major cyber fraud gang in the city police station area of Buxar, Bihar. 18 criminals were arrested in this case. It was told that the people of this gang have links in many districts. The police are now conducting raids to arrest other people as well. Buxar Superintendent of Police Shubham Arya said that the city police station received secret information that several youths were committing online fraud from a rented house in a house behind ICICI Bank on PP Road. Based on this information, the police raided there and arrested 18 youths. He said the police recovered many objectionable items including 64 mobile phones, five laptops, nine passbooks of different banks and 82 ATM cards, 25 SIM cards of different companies from the spot. He said that initial investigation revealed that these devices were used for cyber fraud, call fraud and online betting. The arrested youth are said to be residents of Bihar and Jharkhand and many other states. He said that after the raid, a police team is interrogating all the arrested people. It is claimed that this gang is big and their links can be linked with other districts of Bihar and other states. It is alleged that this gang was mainly run by Ajit Kumar Jaiswal and Aman Jaiswal, residents of Kaimur district, who called people from different states and cheated them through cyber fraud, online games, betting and online money fraud. International conference on rural Buddhist heritage conservation concluded, Chandrababu Naidu government allotted 5 hectares of land

New Delhi, November 30 (IANS). The International Conference on Rural Buddhist Heritage Conservation organized by the Indian Trust for Rural Heritage and Development (ITRHD) was held on Sunday at the Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, New Delhi, closed. The three-day conference brought together scholars, experts and policy makers from India and overseas to discuss practical strategies for the preservation and development of rural Buddhist heritage. An important decision of the conference is the proposal to establish the National Rural Heritage Conservation and Development Training Academy at Nagarjunakonda, for which the Andhra Pradesh government approved the proposal of Chief Minister N. Under the leadership of Chandrababu Naidu, five acres of land was allotted for the academy. This initiative is an important step towards the creation of India’s first institution dedicated to capacity building, coordinated conservation and community-centric development of rural Buddhist heritage. Speaking on the occasion, SK Mishra, Chairman, ITRHD, said that the initiative is meant to serve as a guideline for implementation and requires annual progress reviews to ensure accountability and sustainable progress of the initiatives. The final day of the conference shifted focus from conceptual understanding to concrete action. The participants deeply discussed technology-driven conservation, community-based initiatives, educational awareness, sustainable tourism and the global relevance of India’s rural Buddhist heritage and highlighted practical measures for the conservation and revival of these precious sites. Dr. Prajapati Trivedi, Senior Fellow at Harvard University, emphasized the importance of a shared definition of success and said that long-term and coordinated legacy outcomes cannot be achieved without coordinated goals. Commenting on the proposed academy, the well-known conservation architect and scholar prof. AGK Menon pointed out the need for a structured approach to the management of rural Buddhist sites. Highlighting existing gaps in coordination between agencies, he said heritage and development should be understood as mutually complementary, and India’s progress should also be measured by its villages. The international participants also greatly appreciated the conference. Dr Victoria Demenova, Dean of the Department of Art History, Cultural Studies and Design, Ural Federal University, Russia, described the conference as not only uniquely informative and inspiring, but also as a global role model for rural Buddhist heritage preservation in India. The conference emphasized that rural Buddhist heritage is not only a cultural heritage, but also a means of livelihood for rural communities and an important opportunity to strengthen their identity. With the grant of land by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, a strong institutional base is now in place for the preservation and revival of rural Buddhist heritage in India. –IANS DKP/

Benjamin Netanyahu appealed to the president for mercy, saying ‘it is in the interest of the country’

Tel Aviv, November 30 (IANS). Benjamin Netanyahu appealed to the Israeli president for mercy to end the case against him and declare him innocent. He called for an end to the five-year corruption case, saying the amnesty would be in the “public interest”. سأضّع بين يديكِ اليوم مفتاحين سحريين، ليس لإعادة التوازن إلى حياتكِ فحسب، بل لتصنّعي تحول جذري في شخصيتكِ. آلا وهما “التأمل والامتنان”، فهما ليسا مجرد كلمات رنانة بل أداتين قويتين لتعثري على المرأة الاستثنائية الكامنة فيكِ.

فإذا كنتِ تشعرين أحيانًا أنكِ فقدتِ صوتكِ الداخلي، وأصبحتِ تلبين توقعات الجميع، إلا توقعات ذاتكِ؛ وتحتاجين إلى تحول “القلق إلى ثقة، التعب إلى طاقة، الشك إلى يقين، والضجر إلى شغف”.

ما هما وكيف يتم تطوير شخصية المرأة من خلالهما؟

ووفقًا للدكتورة مروة، التأمل والامتنان ليسا خيارين متعارضين، بل هما رفيقان في رحلة تطوير الذات. فالتأمل هو الخريطة التي ترسم ملامح الذات الداخلية، والامتنان هو الضوء الذي يضيء الطريق ويمنح المرأة القوة للسير فيه. وبالتالي، من ترغب في ترغب في تطوير نفسها، ستحتاج إلى الاثنين معًا، ولمزيد من التفاصيل عنهما إليكِ التالي:

التأمل

هو ممارسة تدريب العقل لتحقيق حالة من الوعي والتركيز والهدوء. إنه عملية الاستبطان والملاحظة من دون حكم. يمكن أن يكون التركيز على النفس، أو التنفس، أو فكرة، أو حتى الصمت الداخلي. أما عن دوره في تطوير شخصية المرأة، فهو كالتالي:

تصّل إلى الذات الحقيقية من خلال التأمل، حيث تخلو المرأة إلى نفسها، تستمع إلى صوتها الداخلي بعيدًا عن ضغوط المجتمع والتوقعات الخارجية. هذا سيساعدها على اكتشاف: “ما الذي تريده حقًا (وليس ما يُفترض بها أن تريده)، ما قيمها الأساسية، وما مواهبها ودوافعها العميقة؟”.

يزيل الضبابية العقلية، مما يمنح المرأة الوضوح لترى أين هي الآن وأين تريد أن تذهب. هذا أساسي لتحديد أهداف شخصية ومهنية تتماشى مع هويتها الحقيقية.

يساعد على تنظيم المشاعر مثل “القلق، الشك الذاتي، والخوف من الفشل”. علمًا أنها مشاعر قد تعيق عملية التطور.

بما أن كثيرًا ما يُوصف الحدس بأنه “الصوت الداخلي” للمرأة؛ فإن التأمل يرى هذا الحدس ويجعلها أكثر ثقة في قراراتها الغريزية.

بناءً على ماسبق ذكره، يُعتبر التأمل هو عملية “الحفر للداخل” لاكتشاف المادة الخام (الهوية، القيم، الرغبات) التي ستحتاجها المرأة لبناء وهيكلة شخصيتها.

الامتنان

هو مشاعر وعقلية التقدير لكل ما هو جيد وإيجابي في حياتنا. إنه التركيز على النعم، سواءً كانت كبيرة (صحة، عائلة) أو صغيرة (شمس دافئة، كلمة لطيفة). إنه فعل الانتباه إلى الخير الموجود بالفعل. أما عن دوره في تطوير شخصية المرأة، فهو كالتالي:

عندما تبدأ المرأة يومها بالامتنان، فإنها تضع نفسها في حالة ذهنية من الوفرة بدلًا من النقص. هذا يُقلل من مقارنة نفسها بالآخرين ويساعدها على تقدير رحلتها الفريدة ومواردها الخاصة.

يبني امتنان المرأة لنفسها (لصفاتها، جهودها، تقدمها) تقديرًا ذاتيًا صحيًا. على سبيل المثال: “امرأة تشعر بالامتنان لجسدها، لعقلها، لقدرتها على التعلم، هي امرأة أكثر ثقة في قدراتها على التخصّص والتطور”.

يجعل الامتنان عقلية المرأة أكثر انفتاحًا على الفرص، ويجعلها ترى…..

أهدى عدد من النجوم الإماراتيين، العروس أعمالاً لا تُنسى، لتبقى محفورة في ذاكرة المناسبات السعيدة بينهم الفنان حسين الجسمي الذي قدم على مدى سنوات، باكورة من الأعمال المميزة المخصصة لحفلات الزفاف والعرسان أحدثها كانت أغنية “فستانك الأبيض” التي أطلقها عام 2025 والتي جسدت لحظة دخول العروس بكل ما تحمله من رمزية الفرح. وقبلها قدّم ميحد حمد بصوته الزفة الإماراتية الأشهر “حسنها العذب”، وهي من أجمل الزفات التي تصلح لمرافقة خطوات العروس نحو قاعة الإحتفال، بما تحمله من إيقاعات تقليدية أصيلة. كما لا يمكن إغفال إسهامات بلقيس التي أضافت لمسة عصرية إلى أغاني الأعراس، لتكتمل مع النجوم الإماراتيين لوحة فنية خاصة بحفلات الزفاف والأفراح تجمع بين الأصالة والحداثة.

حسين الجسمي يغني للعروس

إذاً باقة كبيرة من الأعمال الفنية الخاصة بالعروس قدمها الفنان الإماراتي حسين الجسمي، بينها زفات مختصة لنجوم مثل تلك التي قدمها لبلقيس في يوم زفافها أو التي قدمها للفنانة ليلى زاهر في 2025 وجاءت لترافق لحظة دخول العروس بطريقة رومانسية وبكلمات تحتفي بالفستان واللحظة. وسرعان ما لاقت الأغنية رواجاً في أوساط حفلات الزفاف والأعراس وحصدت أكثر من 10 مليون مشاهدة على قناة الفنان في اليوتيوب، إذ أعجب الجمهور برومانسيتها.

وتقول كلمات أغنية فستانك الأبيض: «خطوة ورا خطوة بنمشيها، دي اللحظة اللي أنا مستنيها، والأرض اللي بتمشي فوقيها مفيش قدك يا حبيبتي عليها.. خطوة ورا خطوة بقرب لك، جايلك عشان أفرح قلبك، وعمري اللي كان قبل ما قابلك مش بحسب أيامه.. فستانك الأبيض اللي هياخد منك حتة، وعشان اليوم ده رسمت عملت مليون خطة، والناس بتهني والدنيا بتعزف زفة.. وقالوا الشعر عن ليلى وكتبوا في سحرها مواويل.. وأنا وليلى بقينا لبعض في دنيتنا سوا عايشين.. عايشيين».

زفات المطربة بلقيس للعروس

وللفنانة الإماراتية بلقيس فتحي أيضًا بصمتها المميزة في أغاني الزفاف، حيث قدّمت زفات وأغاني أعراس خاصة بالعروس امتزج فيها الإحساس بالرقي، واستطاعت من خلالها أن تحقق نجاحًا لافتًا في أوساط حفلات الزفاف الخليجية، لتصبح أعمالها خيارًا راقيًا ومفضلًا للعديد من العرائس الباحثات عن التفرّد. ومن بين تلك الأعمال نذكر أغنية “البسي ثوبك الأبيض”، التي تقول فيها “تعالي يا ضيا العالم تعالي يا الضيا و النور.. تعالي يا القمر والنور تعالي يا اغلى خلانة.. لأن الشعر في مثلك يبيني اغلى خلانه.. رسمك الحسن يا ريم الحلى لليل صدق الشعور.. فديت الحسن يا بحر الجمال و أطيب انسانة.. لا إله إلا الله لا إله إلا الله .. لا إله إلا الله لا إله إلا الله.. تجمعنا بفرح واحد و كل الطيب هو مشهور.. و كاف بنا مطر ما جف فرشنا بالدروب زهور

تتخذ الطرحة أشكالاً متعددة تحمل كل واحدة منها هوية خاصة، من جماليات المانتيا المستوحاة من التراث الإسباني، حيث تنسدل الطرحة من التاج بخفة تُبرز الحدود الدانتيلية المحيطة بالوجه والكتفين، إلى تلك الغنية بالرسوم النباتية والتطريزات المتقنة التي تستلهم الحدائق وتستدعي أجواء حفلات الهواء الطلق. الأزهار البارزة ثلاثية الأبعاد تضيف عمقاً ولمسة حسية، فيما تحضر الحواف المموّجة كعنصر بصري قوي يصقل الإطلالة من دون أن يطغى عليها، ليصبح كل تفصيل جزءاً من بنية فنية متكاملة.

وتتوسّع هذه الاتجاهات لتشمل خيارات أكثر جرأة للعروس المعاصرة، مثل الطرحات متعددة الطبقات وعودة طبقة الـ “بلَاشر” التي تمنح لحظة كشف الوجه معنى جديداً، حيث تشكل هذه الحركة الصغيرة ذروة رومانسية ترسّخ اللحظة في ذاكرة الحضور. ومع دخول مصممين كثر في عالم الابتكار الخاماتي، باتت الطرحة تُنسج من تول إيطالي ناعم أو تول حريري شبه شفاف يسمح للنقوش الدانتيلية بأن تطفو فوقه كظلال خفيفة، فيكتسب المظهر كله خفة غير مسبوقة.

أما اللمسة الأكثر حداثة في عام 2026 فهي الشخصنة. لم يعد الدانتيل مجرد زخرفة بل مساحة عاطفية تخيط العروس عليها تاريخها الخاص، سواء عبر حروف أولى من أسمائها، أو تاريخ الزفاف، أو عبارة تحمل معنى شخصياً. وتُدمج هذه التفاصيل مع لمسات إضافية مثل اللآلئ المتناثرة أو التطريز الهادئ، فتتجاوب مع تفاصيل الفستان وتكمل حكايته.
