Ahmedabad, November 30 (IANS). In the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, Delhi defeated Saurashtra by 10 runs in a Group D match on Sunday. Captain Nitish Rana’s explosive half-century played an important role in this victory for Delhi. In the match played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Saurashtra won the toss and decided to bowl. Delhi batted first and scored 207 runs for 4 wickets. Captain Nitish Rana played an innings of 76 runs in 41 balls with the help of 7 sixes and 3 fours. Apart from this, Yash Dhull scored 47 runs in 30 balls, Ayush Badoni 33 runs in 25 balls, Himmat Singh 18 not out in 6 balls, and Anuj Rawat 17 not out in 8 balls.
