सभी एयरलाइन्‍स खासकर इंडिगो को यह निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वे हर पैसेंजर को सही समय पर सही अपडेट दें, जिससे किसी भी तरह की भ्रम की स्थिति न बन पाए.
रद्द फ्लाइट्स का पूरा ऑटोमेटिक रिफंड अनिवार्य कर दिया गया है. अब पैसेंजर्स को अपने एयर फेयर रिफंड के लिए परेशान नहीं होना पड़ेगा.

एलाइंस एयर ने 73 प्रतिशत के साथ अपेक्षाकृत बेहतर प्रदर्शन किया है. स्‍पाइसजेट का ओटीपी 62.3% दर्ज हुई है, जबकि अकासा एयर ने सभी एयरलाइंस में सबसे बेहतर परफॉर्मेंस दिखाते हुए 79 फीसदी हासिल किया है.

MOCA ने साफ किया है कि यह लिमिट तब तक लागू रहेगी जब तक एयरफेयर सामान्य स्तर पर नहीं लौट आते या फिर मंत्रालय नया आदेश जारी नहीं कर देता. नई फेयर कैप सभी तरह की बुकिंग पर लागू होगी, चाहे पैसेंजर टिकट एयरलाइन की वेबसाइट से ले या किसी ऑनलाइन ट्रैवल एजेंट (OTA) से. एयरलाइंस को सभी किराया श्रेणियों यानी फेयर बकेट्स में टिकट उपलब्ध रखने होंगे ताकि किसी रूट पर अचानक किराए न बढ़ें.
जिन रूट्स पर फ्लाइट्स कैंसिल हुई हैं, वहाँ एयरलाइंस को किराया बढ़ाने से विशेष रूप से बचने को कहा गया है. मंत्रालय के मुताबिक आदेश तुरंत प्रभाव से लागू हो गया है. हालांकि ध्यान देने वाली बात यह है कि इन तय किरायों में UDF, PSF और टैक्स शामिल नहीं हैं. साथ ही ये सीमाएं बिज़नेस क्लास और UDAN फ्लाइट्स पर लागू नहीं होंगी.
सरकार का मानना है कि इस कदम से पैसेंजर्स को राहत मिलेगी और एयरलाइंस द्वारा सर्ज प्राइसिंग पर नियंत्रण रखा जा सकेगा.

याचिका में दावा किया गया है कि हाल के दिनों में इंडिगो की कई फ्लाइट्स में ऑपरेशनल इश्यूज देखने को मिले हैं, जिससे पैसेंजर्स को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा. पिटीशन में कोर्ट से मांग की गई है कि इंडिगो की उन सभी फ्लाइट्स को अस्थायी रूप से कैंसल किया जाए, जिनसे पैसेंजर्स की सेफ्टी या सुविधा प्रभावित होने की आशंका है.

सूत्रों के अनुसार, सरकार इंडिगो पर हेवी पेनल्टी या एक्ज़ेम्प्लरी पेनल्टी लगाने की तैयारी में है. बीते तीन दिनों में बड़ी संख्या में फ्लाइट्स कैंसल हुईं, कई सेक्टर्स में ऑपरेशन बुरी तरह प्रभावित रहा और पैसेंजर्स को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा. इसी स्थिति को देखते हुए मंत्रालय ने साफ संकेत दिया है कि अब इंडिगो को ऑपरेशंस में सुधार के लिए सख्त कदम उठाने होंगे.
गवर्मेंट सोर्सेज का कहना है कि आने वाले दिनों में इंडिगो को उन सेक्टर्स में उतनी ही फ्लाइट्स ऑपरेट करने की इजाज़त मिलेगी, जितनी के लिए वह फुल क्रू उपलब्ध करा सके. मतलब यह कि जिस रूट पर कंपनी के पास पूरा क्रू नहीं है, वहां उसकी फ्लाइट्स को कम या पूरी तरह रोका भी जा सकता है. सरकार के अनुसार यह कदम इसलिए उठाया जा रहा है ताकि पैसेंजर्स को दोबारा इस तरह की स्थिति का सामना न करना पड़े.
इंडिगो फिलहाल भारत की सबसे बड़ी एयरलाइन है और हर दिन 2200 से ज्यादा फ्लाइट्स ऑपरेट करती है. लेकिन क्रू की अचानक शॉर्टेज, शेड्यूलिंग की गड़बड़ियों और बैक-टू-बैक कैंसिलेशन ने हालात बिगाड़ दिए. एयरपोर्ट्स पर अफरा-तफरी, लंबी लाइन्स और पैसेंजर्स की शिकायतों ने सरकार को एक्शन लेने के लिए मजबूर किया.

December 6, 202514:07 IST Indigo Flight Cancellation LIVE Updates: इंडिगो को रात 8 बजे तक का मिला अल्‍टीमेटम, रेगुलेटरी एक्शन की मंत्रालय ने दी चेतावनी उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने इंडिगो के जारी ऑपरेशनल क्राइसिस के बीच एयरलाइन पर कड़ा एक्शन लिया है. मंत्रालय ने साफ निर्देश दिए हैं कि सभी पैसेंसजर्स के लंबित रिफंड 7 दिसंबर रविवार रात 8 बजे तक हर हाल में प्रोसेस कर दिए जाएं. मंत्रालय ने चेतावनी दी है कि ऐसा न होने पर सीधा रेगुलेटरी एक्शन लिया जाएगा.
मंत्रालय ने कहा है कि जिन पैसेंजर्स की फ्लाइट कैंसल या डिसरप्ट हुई है, उनसे कोई री-शेड्यूलिंग चार्ज नहीं लिया जाएगा. इसके साथ ही इंडिगो को एक स्पेशल पैसेंजर सपोर्ट और रिफंड सेल बनाने का आदेश दिया गया है. यह सेल प्रभावित पैसेंजर्स से खुद कॉन्टैक्ट कर उनकी रीबुकिंग, रिफंड और ट्रैवल अरेंजमेंट्स को आसान बनाएगी.
बैगेज मिसहैंडलिंग पर भी सख्त निर्देश जारी किए गए हैं. सभी मिसहैंडल्ड बैगेज को 48 घंटे के भीतर पैसेंजर्स के घर तक पहुंचाना अनिवार्य किया गया है. मंत्रालय ने कहा है कि मौजूदा हालात में पैसेंजर सुविधा को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता दी जाए और ऑपरेशनल स्थिरता सुनिश्चित की जाए.
December 6, 202513:12 IST Indigo Flight Cancellation LIVE Updates: 10 एयरपोर्ट्स से कैंसल हुई 172 फ्लाइट्स, दिल्‍ली-मुंबई एयरपोर्ट के सबसे बुरे हालात इंडिगो की फ्लाइट्स के बड़े पैमाने पर कैंसल होने से शुक्रवार को कई एयरपोर्ट्स पर अफरा-तफरी मची रही. पैसेंजर्स घंटों तक इंतजार करते रहे और कई जगह इंडिगो काउंटर पर भारी भीड़ देखने को मिली.
एविएशन सूत्रों ने बताया कि आज अलग-अलग शहरों में इंडिगो की कई फ्लाइट्स कैंसल हुईं. सबसे ज्यादा असर दिल्ली, मुंबई और हैदराबाद जैसे मेट्रो एयरपोर्ट्स पर दिखा. अभी तक की जानकारी के अनुसार इंडिगो ने दिल्ली में 106, मुंबई में 109, हैदराबाद में 69, चेन्नई में 48, अहमदाबाद में 19, जयपुर में 6, चंडीगढ़ में 10 और विशाखापट्टनम में 20 फ्लाइट्स कैंसल की हैं.
फ्लाइट कैंसल होने से पैसेंजर्स को रीरूटिंग और रीबुकिंग में भी काफी दिक्कतें आ रही हैं. कई पैसेंजर्स ने सोशल मीडिया पर शिकायत की कि उन्हें इंडिगो की ओर से समय पर सही जानकारी नहीं मिली. एयरपोर्ट्स पर स्थिति को कंट्रोल में लाने के लिए स्टाफ को बढ़ाया गया है.
December 6, 202512:58 IST Indigo Flight Cancellation LIVE Updates: उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने लागू किया रेगलेटरी पॉवर, एयर फेयर को लेकर एयरलाइंस को मिली चेतावनी इंडिगो से जुड़े ऑपरेशनल क्राइसिस के बीच कई रूट्स पर एयरफेयर अचानक बढ़ने की शिकायतों के बाद नागरिक उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने एक्‍शन लेते हुए अपना रेगुलेटरी पावर लागू कर दिया है. मंत्रालय ने साफ कहा है कि किसी भी एयरलाइन को इस स्थिति का फायदा उठाकर पैसेंजर्स से मनमाना किराया वसूलने की इजाजत नहीं दी जाएगी.
मंत्रालय ने सभी एयरलाइंस को आधिकारिक निर्देश जारी करते हुए कहा है कि वे तय किए गए फेयर कैप्स का सख्‍ती से पालन करें. ये फेयर कैप्स तब तक लागू रहेंगे, जब तक इंडिगो और बाकी सेक्टर्स में ऑपरेशंस पूरी तरह स्‍थिर नहीं हो जाते. मंत्रालय का कहना है कि इस फैसले का मकसद मार्केट में प्राइसिंग डिसिप्लिन बनाए रखना है, ताकि परेशानी की इस घड़ी में किसी भी पैसेंजर का शोषण न हो.
उड्डयन मंत्रालय ने यह भी कहा है कि अगले कुछ दिनों तक सभी रूट्स पर किराए की रियल-टाइम मॉनिटरिंग की जाएगी. इसके लिए एयरलाइंस, ऑनलाइन ट्रैवल प्लैटफॉर्म्स और रूट-वाइज डेटा को लगातार ट्रैक किया जा रहा है. किसी भी तरह की ओवरचार्जिंग या नियमों से अलग फेयर लगाने पर तुरंत एक्‍शन लिया जाएगा.

December 6, 202510:54 IST Indigo Flight Cancellation LIVE Updates: इंडिगो की 1,000 से ज्यादा फ्लाइट कैंसल मामले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका, FDTL प्लानिंग पर सवाल इंडिगो एयरलाइंस की हालिया फ्लाइट कैंसल क्राइसिस अब सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक पहुंच गई है. सोमवार को दायर की गई एक जनहित याचिका में दावा किया गया है कि इंडिगो की करीब 1,000 से ज्यादा फ्लाइट्स के कैंसल होने से पैसेंजर्स को भारी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा है और हालात मानवीय संकट जैसे बन गए हैं. याचिका में कहा गया है कि लगातार हो रही फ्लाइट कैंसल का मुख्य कारण पायलटों के नए FDTL नियमों की गलत प्लानिंग और इंडिगो की कमजोर रोस्टर मैनेजमेंट है.
याचिकाकर्ता के मुताबिक, यह स्थिति सीधे तौर पर पैसेंजर्स के अनुच्छेद 21 के तहत मिलने वाले ‘जीवन और व्यक्तिगत स्वतंत्रता’ के अधिकार का उल्लंघन करती है. पेटिशन में सुप्रीम कोर्ट से इस मुद्दे पर जल्द से जल्द सुनवाई की मांग की गई है. साथ ही प्रभावित पैसेंजर्स के लिए वैकल्पिक यात्रा व्यवस्था उपलब्ध कराने और उचित मुआवजा दिलाने की अपील भी की गई है. याचिका में यह भी कहा गया है कि हजारों पैसेंजर्स कई घंटों तक एयरपोर्ट पर फंसे रहे, कई फ्लाइट्स लास्ट-मिनट कैंसल हुईं और कैरियर्स के पास यात्रियों को संभालने की पर्याप्त व्यवस्था नहीं थी.
December 6, 202510:21 IST Indigo Flight Status LIVE Updates: वाशिंगटन से आई माहिम एक घंटा खोजतनी रहीं बैग, फिर कैंसल हुई अहमदाबाद की फ्लाइट, भेजी गईं उदयपुर वाशिंगटन से आई महीम दिल्ली एयरपोर्ट पहुंचते ही मुश्किल में फंस गई. घंटों की लंबी इंटरनेशनल जर्नी के बाद उन्हें अपना बैग खोजने में लगभग एक घंटा लग गया. जैसे ही बैगेज मिला, उन्हें बताया गया कि उनकी अहमदाबाद जाने वाली फ्लाइट कैंसल हो गई है. महीम ने तुरंत अपनी टिकट को रिशेड्यूल कराने की कोशिश की, लेकिन ना अहमदाबाद की कोई फ्लाइट मिली, ना राजकोट की और ना ही गुजरात के किसी और एयरपोर्ट की कोई सीट उपलब्ध थी. सभी ऑप्शंस चेक करने के बाद उन्हें सिर्फ उदयपुर की फ्लाइट एक ही विकल्प मिला. अब महीम मजबूरी में उदयपुर के लिए रवाना हो रही हैं, जहां से उन्हें आगे सड़क या दूसरी फ्लाइट से गुजरात पहुंचना होगा.

December 6, 202508:43 IST Indigo Flight Crisis LIVE Updates: अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट से इंडिगो की 19 फ्लाइट्स कैंसल, गुस्‍से में पैसेंजर अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट पर शनिवार तड़के इंडिगो की फ्लाइट्स के कैंसलेशन्‍स जारी रहे. सुबह 6 बजे तक कुल 19 फ्लाइट्स कैंसल कर दी गईं, जिनमें 7 अराइवल और 12 डिपार्चर फ्लाइट्स शामिल हैं. अचानक हुई इन कैंसिलेशंस की वजह से एयरपोर्ट पर यात्रियों की लंबी कतारें लग गईं. कई पैसेंजर देर रात से ही फ्लाइट शेड्यूल का अपडेट पाने के लिए इंतजार करते रहे. एयरलाइन अब इन पैसेंजर्स को रिफंड या अगली उपलब्ध फ्लाइट का विकल्प दे रही है. अहमदाबाद एयरपोर्ट से हवाई यात्रा पर जाने वाले पैसेंजर्स के लिए शनिवार की सुबह काफी परेशानी भरी साबित हुई है.
December 6, 202508:19 IST Indigo Flight Cancellation LIVE Updates: इंडिगो के पैसेंजर्स के लिए रेलवे ने चलाई स्‍पेशल ट्रेन इंडिगो की फ्लाइट कैंसलेशन की वजह से अलग-अलग एयरपोर्ट पर बड़ी तादाद में पैसेंजर्स फंसते हुए हैं. इन हालातों को देखते हुए सेंट्रल रेलवे ने पैसेंजर्स की सहूलियत के लिए 8 स्पेशल ट्रेनें चलाने का फैसला किया है. रेलवे के अनुसार, इन ट्रेनों को चलाने का मकसद उन पैसेंजर्स को तत्काल राहत देना है जिन्हें फ्लाइट कैंसलेशन की वजह से परेशानी हुई है.
ये सभी स्पेशल ट्रेनें अलग-अलग रूटों पर 6 दिसंबर से 12 दिसंबर के बीच चलाई जाएंगी. भारतीय रेलवे ने प्रत्येक ट्रेन के नंबर और उनके डेट्स जारी कर दिए हैं.

Good luck to them. I don’t think they necessarily have the power to do it forever,” he said. Galbraith, who has long studied global power dynamics, said despite deep economic and geopolitical tensions from slowing economic growth and the US tariff freeze, the world may not be locked in a long-term downward spiral. “I think there is considerable potential for stabilization of the world situation. That we were headed for a confrontation that we now have at least a possibility of avoiding,” Galbraith said. “And so I have a modest optimism that the worst-case scenarios can be averted. It is not certain and the situation remains very dangerous.” On the US government’s attempt to revive American manufacturing, Galbraith said tariffs provide only limited and temporary benefits. While some European firms may shift production to the US due to the energy crisis caused by sanctions on Russia, the impact will be modest. “The problem with tariffs is that they’re an administrative measure that’s being put in place.
