The court of Special Judge Gangster Act Pradeep Kumar Mishra on Friday sentenced six top ten history sheets, including the gang leader of the Gangster Act, who committed murder, robbery, extortion and other heinous crimes with illegal weapons, to six years rigorous imprisonment. In case of non-payment of fine, he will have to undergo additional imprisonment of six months. Conviction warrants were issued for all three and they were sent to prison. When was the FIR lodged? Inspector Arvind Singh Gaur, the then commanding officer of Special Lok Badausa police station, filed an FIR on 21 July 2020 that Chhedi Lal Yadav, son of Jagannath Yadav, Sonu alias Alok, Anand Yadav, Ram Naresh alias Ratibhan and Laljiusha, residents of the town police station Jamunia Purva. All of them are members of an organized criminal gang. Their gang leader is Chhedi Lal Yadav.
