The name of the data entry operator caught under surveillance is Yogesh Kumar Chaudhary, a resident of Rampur North Ward No. 3 Forbesganj. After verification of the complaint by the team, led by DSP Vindeshwar Prasad of the department, inspectors Avinash Kumar, Ajay Kumar, Sonu Kumar and others reached and laid siege to the zonal office. The complainant is said to have given a bribe of ten thousand rupees to the data entry operator Yogesh Kumar Chaudhary on the instructions of the monitoring team. This would be given to the CO. In this sequence, the surveillance team arrived and caught the operator with Rs 10,000 cash. Here, as soon as the information about the surveillance team reaching the zonal office was received, CO Pankaj Kumar fled from the office. Attempts were made by the watchdog to contact the CO, but no contact was made. Here, as soon as the information was received about the arrest of the operator and his deteriorating health, SDPO Mukesh Kumar Saha, Police Station Head Raghavendra Kumar Singh, reached the sub-divisional hospital and took information. The officials included in the monitoring division team present in the hospital refrained from giving any information to the media about the raid. When contacted, DSP Vigilance Bindeshwar Prasad said bribes were demanded in the name of mutation. After its verification, the operator Yogesh Kumar Choudhary was arrested with a bribe of Rs 10,000 by the team that arrived.
