Jagran Correspondent, Muzaffarpur. Three new dengue patients have been found in the district. This includes one patient in Kanti and two in Mushahari. Also, the total number of dengue patients in the district has increased to 63. At the same time, in areas where new patients have been found, insecticide spraying will be done in 100 houses. Search campaign will be conducted by Asha in 15 blocks. If symptoms of dengue are found, the relevant patient will be identified and treated immediately. Dr. District Vector Borne Disease Officer Sudhir Kumar said that 32 beds are available at PHC level in the district for treatment. Arrangements for 10 additional beds have been made in Sadar Hospital. Currently, no dengue patient is admitted to the hospital. All are undergoing treatment while staying at home. They are regularly monitored from the control room in the district. So far, deformity has been done in the homes and neighborhoods of 26 patients. Tell that the PHC in charge has been instructed to have mutilation done around the patient’s house. Dengue patients were found in all 15 blocks except Motipur. Said that if high fever, pain in body, eyes and stomach or red rash is seen, you should be tested immediately. Treatment will be done as soon as the disease is identified. How many patients were found in which block: 19 in Mushahari, eight in Meenapur, seven in the city area, four each in Aurai and Kanti, three each in Bandra and Bochahan, two each in Gaighat, Katra, Kudhani, Muraul, Sahebganj and Paru and one each in Madwan, Sakra and Saraiya.
