These include Sarthak Ranjan, Saqib Hussain and Mohammad Izhar. Many cricketers born in Bihar or associated with Bihar have played in the IPL before. Due to controversies related to Bihar Cricket Association, many early players had to play domestic cricket from other states. Despite this, he is still known as a cricketer from Bihar. Ishan Kishan was born in Patna, but because Bihar Cricket Association did not get recognition, he had to play cricket from Jharkhand. In almost 10 years of his career, Ishan Kishan has played around 200 T20 matches out of which more than 30 matches were for India. He won the IPL title twice with Mumbai Indians.
