Hulsi Devi got victory after 12 years of legal battle, know in the video. Went to daughter’s wedding, neighbors took over the house.

A woman resident of Abu Road in Sirohi district fought a court battle for 12 years to get back the rights over her own land and house. During this period he had to struggle on many fronts ranging from society to law. Finally, the Rajasthan High Court ruled in their favour, dismissed the appeal of the residents and ordered them to vacate the house immediately and pay the compensation. This case is such an example of a long struggle for justice that anyone would be shocked to read it. This is the story of Hulsi Devi, who locked herself out of the house for a few days on 19 July 2011 in connection with her daughter’s marriage. But when she returned, she found that the locks of her house had been broken and that some people from the neighborhood had taken possession inside. When Hulsi Devi requested them to vacate her house, they flatly refused. Not only this, the perpetrators showed their dominance by taking a unilateral restraining order from the court against Hulsi Devi’s husband. As a result, the victim’s family got into even more trouble. After this, the real fight for justice began. Hulsi Devi resorted to legal remedies and filed a case in the lower court. On the basis of ongoing hearings and evidence, the lower court ruled in favor of the victim’s wife and ordered the occupants to vacate the house. But the accused did not stop here. He challenged this order in the High Court and tried to get the decision reversed. The case continued in court for more than 12 years. During this period, Hulsi Devi and her family went through many problems mentally, socially and financially. Finally, the bench of Justice Kuldeep Mathur of the Rajasthan High Court heard the entire case in detail. The court clearly said that the occupants did not have any valid documents or rights, they occupied the woman’s house illegally. The court upheld the lower court’s decision and dismissed the appeal. The court ordered the occupants to vacate the house immediately and also pay compensation to Hulsi Devi. The decision is not just for property, victory for rights. This decision is not only a sigh of relief for Hulsi Devi but also sets an example for many people who are suffering due to bullying and wrongful possession. Share this story Tags
