Jakarta – Trains are one of the public transportation that people use to travel during Christmas and New Year (Nataru). For rail travel, KAI has set a Christmas and New Year (Nataru) transport period of 2025/2026. Quoting the official KAI website, the train transit period for this year’s Nataru starts from December 18, 2025 to January 4, 2026. The Nataru transit period for traveling by train lasts 18 days. PAGE TO CONTINUE CONTENT Registration Schedule for Motis Nataru 2025/2026 There is a Free Motorcycle Transport (Motis) Nataru 2025/2026 program on two routes, namely the northern route (Jakarta Gudang-Semarang Tawang) and the central route (Jakarta Gudang-Purwokartas Gudang). The registration period for Motis Nataru 2025/2026 is from 1 to 29 December 2025. Registration for Motis Nataru 2025/2026 can be done online via nusantara.kemenhub.go.id. The following registration locations are also available. Jakarta Gudang Tangerang (supply station) Bekasi Depok Baru (supply station) Cirebon Prujakan Tegal Pekalongan Semarang Tawang Purwokerto Kebumen Kutoarjo Lempuyangan Purwosari Requirements for registration for Motis Nataru 2025/2026 These are the terms and conditions that must be met for Mot25tar20 to register Na2520. All Motis 2025 participants with KA register online or can do so at the designated registration post; Participants are not currently registered or participating in other free homecoming programs organized by any party; ⁠ Travelers who have registered for the Motis program are obliged to participate and if they withdraw/cancel themselves, travelers will not be able to participate in this program the following year; Motis participant registration requirements: – One participant must have an ID card, family card, SIM C; – Motorcycle with a maximum engine capacity of 200 cc; Purchase of train tickets for Motis participants is in accordance with the name of the registered Motis participant; b. The second passenger is listed on the registered participant’s Family Card; c. Tickets purchased cannot be cancelled, schedule changes or passenger names changed; Participants who have successfully registered online MUST perform verification at the post, according to the verification time selected during registration, to avoid automatic deletion of registration; For participants registering motorcycles only, they are required to have proof of home access to other means of transportation; The motorcycle is handed over H-1 or two days before the motorcycle’s departure date; When handing over the motorcycle, participants must show the applicant’s original KTP and proof of registration; Motorcycles entering the delivery station or leaving the destination station will be charged a parking fee by the station’s official parking manager; It is not allowed to leave helmets and rear-view mirrors; Fuel must be drained on delivery; The train ticket reservation code will be given when the motorcycle is handed over; Participants are PROHIBITED from tipping Motis 2025 officials; Participants must comply with applicable regulations.
