The student failed eighth grade in 2006, but the school passed him by using whitener. 19 years later, when the student’s documents were verified for a government job, the fraud was detected. In the Government Pre-Secondary School, Sarkanda, in the year 2006, the marks of a failed student were changed with whitener and he was shown as passed and the records of the school were also recorded accordingly, so that the truth never came out. Now after 19 years, when the original records were matched, it was found that the student did not even appear in the re-examination and the whole game was hatched with the knowledge of the school. During this period he failed two subjects. Despite this, with the consent of the school management, the original marks in the student’s mark sheet were whitewashed and replaced with new marks. With this, the student has passed. On the basis of this fake mark sheet, he got admission in class 9 without any hurdle. In order to keep this huge fraud under control, the internal records of the school management were also manipulated accordingly, so that this secret never came out. After 19 years, student Ravi Kumar got a government job and his documents reached the DEO office for verification. During investigation, it came to light that Ravi Yadav failed in two subjects and did not even appear in the re-examination. During the process of document verification, it was found that the student failed to verify the original records available at the DEO office. Considering this as serious misconduct and playing with education, DEO Vijay Tande issued an immediate notice to the then principal and the concerned teachers. He clarified that after the conclusion of the investigation, strict punitive measures will be taken against the culprits as this unethical act can have a huge impact on the future of hardworking students.
