On arrival at the location, the police found six people trying to tow the Daihatsu Xenia car. “To ensure a fair settlement, the vehicle owners, car units and debt collectors were taken to the Johar Baru police for mediation,” he explained. The results of the mediation show that the vehicle owner paid his obligations on 4 November 2025. The vehicle became the owner’s property, confirmed by a declaration letter and a joint agreement between the creditor, leasing and debt collector adviser. “Vehicle towing should be carried out according to official procedures and without intimidation. If there is an element of coercion, we will act firmly as per the law,” he added. Also see the viral video of 4 men allegedly intercepting a couple in Bogor (rdh/zap)
