Speaking to IANS, Chitrangada said, “When I first came to Mumbai, I couldn’t find a place to stay. At that time, Deepti Naval helped me. I stayed in his house for a few days before I moved to Mumbai permanently. With this little help, he got a special place in my heart. She has been an emotional part of my journey since today, so it’s again a special feeling for me to share with me today.” Chitrangada said, “After so many years shooting with experienced actors like Deepti Naval and Revathi, it became a learning and understanding experience for me. As an actor, when you get a chance to work with a senior artist, you naturally get attracted to their style, their nuances, the way they deliver dialogues and their facial expressions. You start observing the body language more closely every day and learn something new. enjoy the whole experience.” Talking about her bond with Deepti Naval, Chitrangada said, “My relationship with her is not just that of a colleague but a personal connection. I worked with him in my first film ‘Inkaar’. I know him very closely. His presence on the set has always been comfortable and trusting for me, so working with him again in a new film feels like a beautiful journey and I always said the actress and I always loved the character Maggie from the film ‘Love’. When I first met her on the sets of the film, the first thing I talked about was that character.
