The woman reached Jayanti Palace Hotel in the city on Monday evening to meet a young man. With information about this, the businessman also reached the hotel. The businessman lost his temper after seeing the woman inside. The young man who accompanied the woman fled the scene. Meanwhile, the woman saw her neighbor Pramod alias Sonu Arya present in the hotel. Panicked, she asked him for help to get out of the hotel so that her husband could not catch her. Doubt: Angry at neighbor As soon as the woman’s husband saw her with Sonu, he thought he was his wife’s lover. He attacked Sonu. It is alleged that the man along with other family members beat Sonu badly. According to eyewitnesses, the businessman and his relatives dragged Sonu from the hotel to his shop. At the shop, about half a dozen people attacked him with iron bars, belts and kicks. Sonu pleaded again and again that he had no relationship with that woman, but no one listened to him. The police arrested both of them. The search for other accused continues. The victim narrated the entire incident. Injured Sonu alias Pramod Arya said, “I went to the hotel for work. A woman from the neighborhood was there with another person. When her husband came, she got scared and started asking for help. I tried to take her out from the back gate, but her husband saw us. She thought I was her lover and started beating me. My father and brother, who brutally came to my rescue, were also beaten.”
