Jakarta – DKI Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung visited the Cengkareng Regional General Hospital (RSUD). He praised the facilities available at the type B hospital. “Once you enter the Cengkareng Regional Hospital, it is honestly one of the hospitals owned by the Jakarta Regional Government, which in my opinion is one of the best,” Pramono said at the location on Thursday (16/10/2025). From priority waiting rooms to VIP inpatient rooms offering full amenities and premium comfort. “I saw the facilities earlier, there are 500 rooms and almost all of them are full except the presidential suite. I was also surprised that this RSUD has a presidential suite,” Pramono said. “Hopefully, the public can also benefit from the presidential suite at Cengkareng Regional Hospital. Even at this regional hospital, in the presidential suite, you can use candle lights, that’s how it is. It’s extraordinary,” he continued. On the other hand, the PDI Perjuangan party politician also appreciated the existence of officers who can directly help patients. As a result, Pramono gave permission for the Cengkareng Regional Hospital to improve its executive services. “They even implemented what is called a patient experience officer. I saw this good service, earlier the head of department and I gave permission for this place to be upgraded for executive services, first floor and second floor,” he explained. Pramono also brought up the role of the Cengkareng Regional Hospital in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic some time ago. “I am asking that this place is really maintained because it is a very good place, a hospital that was able to take advantage of opportunities during COVID yesterday and until now, thank God, it is a very good hospital,” Pramono added. “There’s only one downside, as soon as I went in, the ‘e’ fell out, so Cengkareng doesn’t have the ‘e’. Everything else is really okay,” Pramono joked. (ond/isa)
