A video of Channasandra Circle Road in Bengaluru is becoming more and more viral on social media. The Greater Bangalore Authority (GBA) did patches on this road on September 27. It is alleged that the patches were uprooted within 48 hours of repairs. Local people place videos of dilapidated road, in which the patchwork surface is visible and weakened. One person wrote that the water is dirty in the video, which shows that the drain is leakage and has been ignored for years. While sharing the video, a user wrote: “These patches couldn’t wear a single rain. Are your engineers and contractors so unacceptable?” The Post marked GBA, chief commissioner of the GBA and other officials. This video is increasingly viral and is seen more than 95,000 times. After seeing it, people expressed their anger. Internet users say that the administration is negligent and that it needs to be done immediately. Similar remarks were also made by other users. Politics got hot on the street, Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivkumar recently made a big statement on the issue of pits in the streets of Bengaluru. He said this problem arose for natural reasons such as heavy rain, heavy vehicles movement and traffic jams, not due to deliberate negligence. He accused the opposition BJP of ignoring the roads during his tenure, making their wells. He also accused the BJP of increasing the problem for election benefits. Shivkumar made it clear that the pits are not only limited to Bengaluru, but also near the Prime Minister’s Delhi home, which makes them a national problem. The government awarded £ 1,100 crore and aimed to qualify all the road vehicle by October 31. So far, more than 7,000 wells have been filled, while 5,000 work is going on. Share this story -tags
